Welcome to Sayda. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sayda service, a cloud-based AI-powered voice assistant for handling inbound and outbound calls, bookings, lead verification, and other related services.

By using Sayda, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Sayda offers AI-powered call handling, lead verification, appointment booking, call routing, voicemail drops, and related features via its platform. Services may be customized per client.

2. Eligibility

To use Sayda, you must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated contact and business information.
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws (including marketing, telecommunication, and privacy laws).
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the system.

4. Payments and Fees

Sayda is a subscription-based service. Payment terms (monthly, quarterly, or annually) are defined at the time of agreement. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of your account.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Data & Privacy

Sayda may collect and store information about your calls, leads, and customer interactions. We protect your data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

By using Sayda, you consent to call recordings and automated processing, where permitted by law.

6. Limitations of Liability

Sayda is not liable for:

• Lost sales due to incorrect configurations or user error.
• Any damages arising from system outages, interruptions, or third-party integrations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sayda’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your access to Sayda and its data will be revoked, except as required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

Sayda may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
